Mary Jo shared information on establishing an office for MCCC at her business location. The group agreed that the MCCC phone and office should be moved to this location.
George gave an update on the Mineral County Summer Recreation map. The membership voted to authorize the expenditure of $1,500.00 to Gift Montana to publish the map and an ad promoting Mineral County. This information will be distributed to over 50,000 people in Northern Idaho and Western Montana.
Guy and Mary Jo stated that information regarding the MCCC Golf Tournament has been mailed. The group agreed to work on promoting the golf tournament.
Jim provided information on the blanket liability insurance policy. He is close to getting this finalized with the insurance company.
The group discussed working with the FS on the 100 year anniversary of the 1910 fire and there was discussion about the upcoming 100 year anniversary of Mineral County in 2014.
The next meeting was set for Thursday, June 18 at 7 p.m. at the Mineral County Extension Office.

The MCCC members have an opportunity to get free passes and shuttle bus passes for the Route of the Hiawatha on Sunday, June 28, 2009.
This offer is good for the first 25 members to contact me prior to 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2009. This is a great opportunity to ride the trail and meet other chamber members from Wallace and Kellogg.
