Highlights for September 2012 Chamber Meeting 1. Minutes read and approved. There was no treasurer's report. Checks approved.
2. Mike Dodd was appointed as Vice President for the remainder of the year
3. Committee reports -
Golf Tournament - tournament was a success, great community involvement, a profit was made, still several deposits to be made and outstanding bills to be paid
Business Directory - November 1 deadline will be extended
Chamber Office - Mary Jo Berry has resigned as Chamber office manager, although will continue to schedule workshops, meetings, etc. held in Chamber office. Efforts will be made to keep the Chamber office open - will need volunteers to keep it staffed.
Winterfest - need a Superior business person to chair this event - Seven Hobbs has agreed to take an active role, but needs someone to coordinate and oversee the Christmas stroll and other activities

Run Wild Missoula is planning a 50-mile run on the Trail of the Olympian next summer
Mayor Mike Wood, Superior Town Council, and Nolan Webber were recognized for their contribution on the recently redone "Welcome to Superior" highway sign
