WIN A TRIP TO MAZATLAN — On August 25, we’re holding the Chamber Golf Tournament in St. Regis, Montana. Fun, Prizes (Win A Trip to Mazatlan) & Challenge Yourself and help the Mineral County Chamber of Commerce,non-profit and unaffiliated with the National Chamber of Commerce.  All proceeds go towards Chamber projects that help promote local businesses and benefit community spirit.

It is time again for our annual Mineral County Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament!

This year’s event will be held on Saturday, August 25th at Trestle Creek Golf Course in St. Regis. As our only fund raising event for the Chamber, the Golf Tournament represents both a fantastic opportunity to promote your business as well as an opportunity to provide the Chamber with much needed funds for rent, utilities, and additional chamber functions. This event is an outstanding opportunity for all chamber members to reach individuals throughout Mineral County. In addition to our tournament, the chamber will be promoting local businesses through a vender section designed to draw attention for those individuals not directly participating in the tournament.

This family centered event will feature a full dinner, (including Caesar salad & chicken kabobs!), exciting raffle prizes, huge cash prizes, and a live and silent auction.

As a chamber member you are receiving priority sponsorship rights! Non-members will soon have the same opportunity to purchase our advertising spaces, so we must stress the importance of completing the sponsorship form as soon as possible.

Gold and Silver Sponsors received this week will receive priority player allotment – crucial due to our limited number of available golf carts! Please review our attached “Mineral County Chamber Golf Tri-fold” for Gold and Silver Sponsor package details and registration forms.

We also have many fantastic opportunities for our non-golfing members: including a premium tee sign sponsorship which can be used after the tournament to show your support year-round and a 20% discount for chamber members only on vendor space near the clubhouse.

Not able to attend? The chamber will gladly accept your tax deductible donation!

Looking for other ways to help? The chamber needs a variety of items for our raffle and auction! These may include discounts or gift certificates to your business, crafted items, services, or other donations. (see the handy “2012 Chamber donation card” attached)
